Deconstructed Beef Wellington

I love beef Wellington, but have never made it before. I thought over Christmas would be an awesome time to give it a shot. Pinterest had mini beef wellingtons floating around, so I thought I’d give those a shot, since tinified food makes me happy. I used shallots, baby bella mushrooms, pine nuts, garlic and venison. My pastry dough was absolutely not cooperating, so these became deconstructed beef wellington cups.
It was tasty and yummy! My only complaint was that the venison dried out easily without being covered.
