Bleu Brussel Sprouts

Personally, I’d happily eat Brussel sprouts raw, but this recipe may change even the most avid hater of these savory tiny bundles of leafy yum. I’m not the biggest fan of bleu cheese, but this dish blew away everything else on my plate this past Christmas dinner. I was so please. The original recipe is here.
I didn’t follow the amounts at all, and I added bacon crumbles. My philosophy is if you are going to eat a cream and cheese laden food, keeping out the bacon for the sake of health, cholesterol, fat or calories is ludicrous. Egregious.
