The World’s Best Mac n Cheese

As you may have noticed, I make Mac n Cheese quite often, and I believe I have finally perfected a recipe!

I chop up some bacon, cook it with some mushrooms, add that to a large bowl of steaming hot al dente pasta, about half a bottle of salsa verde, a brick of off brand velveeta, preferably with the terrifyingly preserved pieces of pepper in it and a dash of whipping cream. Mix all this, top with panko bread crumbs and bake for about thirty minutes.

Yep, this stuff might cause an instant coronary, but life is too short to fear cheese.
